    innovation audit and develop shared understanding of the specific commercial challenge/ opportunity, position and vision.

    Innovation Readiness

    analyse requirements for business model /design process, develop core influencing team, resources, structures required and ideation team.

    Design: Ideation

    learn the customer's point of view, identifying their problem to be solved and choose themes around their most important challenges.  Then synthesise the most viable themes for exploration, testing and prototyping.

    Prototyping and Validation

    come up with solutions to the customer's challenge themes and explore, describe and develop them, prioritising the best ones.  Draw up prototypes by applying a variety of frameworks for testing solution validity.

    Insatiable curiosity about how ingenious business models are created, executed and evolve led Anna to delight in specialising in the field of Business Model Strategy. She has over 20 years commercial experience and has worked with businesses in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand appraising literally hundreds of business models.  Her broadly based skillset includes business model strategy and innovation, finance, risk governance, economics, general management and business development.


    Anna enjoys helping people discover, refine and deliver clarity around purpose, vision and direction in their business.  She excels at rapidly comprehending the big picture of a business context and then tailoring approaches to generate successful new Business Models for that environment. To achieve this, Anna’s methodology draws on leading business school Strategy research, and a deep understanding of both 21st Century business drivers and the most innovative and effective entrepreneurial practices used in start up hubs, globally. She is an experienced and engaging workshop facilitator and speaker.


    Anna holds certification from Dr Alexander Osterwalder (of Strategyzer AG) in his Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas and MIT's Fintech: Future Commerce Course. She is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA in Strategy.
